April 23 - Hula Poems


This week we got to hula! Write a poem about hula. Remember to use descriptions that help your reader visualize the movement of hula.

April 22 - Earth Day

April 22nd is EARTH DAY! Write a poem inspired by the earth. Here is our class brainstorm to help you get started:

Brainstorm:

April 30th - Hip Hop

We are learning to hip hop dance for the next two weeks.  Write a poem describing your experience learning the dance.  Remember to include feelings, descriptive words and language to make your reader feel how you felt.  Happy writing!
